ALL HAIR IS NOT EQUAL, some hair cannot be bleached to blonde and hair with synthetic fibers will not hold color!

You MUST have 613/Blonde for BRIGHT colors : Silver, Grey, Pink, Bright Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Light Blue, Lavender, (almost ANY color)
1B for DARK colors : Black, Burgundy, Dark Blue, Midnight Blue, Purple, Indigo, Forest Green
