Return Policy

All sales are final and all wigs are CUSTOM MADE for you! It is very important you provide the right measurements, colors, and descriptions of what you want so you are 100% satisfied. Please double check your order before submitting. Choosing the wrong texture, length etc will not grant you an automatic exchange/refund. Due to the nature of this product there are NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS. 


Exchanges (if applicable)

There are certain situations where only exchanges are granted and you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • If the wrong texture/length is received and it is an error on OUR part we will send you the correct item once the previous item has been sent back to us. 
  • To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Once the exchange is confirmed you will send an email to: with your order # as the subject and we will provide you the address to send your item to.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

    If you are exchanging an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not liable for any carrier issues.
